Q. Where do you find your antiques?

A. We purchase most of the antiques locally.  We purchase from private individuals, we do like to go to local auctions.

Q. Do we own all the items in the store?

A. No, we do take consignment items. If you have antiques to sell, give us a call and we will make arrangements to preview the items.

Q. Do you offer delivery?

A. Yes, we can deliver locally, we do charge a delivery fee.  

Q. Is shopping on safe?

A. Yes, we process all orders through retriever payment systems which is a secure system.

Q. If I purchase and item and it is damaged in transit, will I receive a refund?

A.  If an item is damaged in transit, we will file a claim with UPS, and yes you should receive a refund. It is important to take photos, document all damage, and keep all packaging material until the claim is settled.

Q. If we bring our antiques into the Brick House Antique Center to sell, how do you keep track of them.

A.  The software we use has an inventory feature, all items are placed into inventory, given a stock number.  We can provide a printout of all items sold or on the floor at any time.
